What are the charges to purchase hard copy of Journal?

For purchase of single-issue hard copy price is Rs 650 (Indian author)/ USD 100 (International author) this includes hard copy of the journal and certificate. However, for only certificate Rs 250 (Indian author)/ USD 20 (International author) which includes dispatch charges.
